Celeste Twikler ✧ The New York Times ✧ Natalie Grono photography

STREET STYLE

The Far Out Freestyle Fashion of Byron Bay, Australia

Playful looks abound in this beach community where the waves become a runway — hiding out as far east as you can go in Australia.

When dressing, comfort is always my top priority. It’s got to be effortless,        ready to go. I'm not into buying the newest, latest and greatest — every now and then I’ll buy a staple piece. I love my bikinis to have a bit more coverage. This one is from a local designer, Saint Helena, and I love them because they are feminine and offer that coverage. I don’t want to be coming off a wave and worrying about where my bottoms and tops are. The girls surfing here at The Pass are pretty stylish. The wave can be a bit of a runway, there are lots of girls in high cut bikinis and jewellery. I’m not into it as much but I can appreciate the beauty of it. It’s fun. There are so many female surfers here, it is a female-dominated line up now, hence why I think fashion and surfing is popular here. The waves are relaxed and mellow, everyone is happy to share. Party waves!

Trust earrings - Path collection.

From our latest Path collection is our Trust earring.

Living a life truly inspired by the ocean, it is only natural that, Trust, one of the new designs from Celeste Twikler is a representation of a wave intertwined with a beautiful, unique Unalome.
Feelings are much like waves, we can not stop them but we can choose which ones to surf, by trusting our intuition.
The Unalome in this design has some twists and turns, symbolic of the journey of life, but at the end of the day, we can only trust in our self and know that everything will wash over like a wave.
At the end of the day, there will always be waves in the ocean, so the best thing to do is to learn to surf them, a perfect metaphor for the journey of life!
Hand drawn and designed by Celeste Twikler, wax carved by artisans in Indonesia and made from the finest Indian silver, this unique design won't be found anywhere else, only in our limited range of earrings, rings and pendants.

Available in 925 sterling silver, brass, brass/sterling silver, sterling silver brass.

Abundance - Path collection.

From Celeste Twikler latest Path collection - Abundance earrings

A new design from Celeste Twikler, this mandala is a representation of Abundance.
It is essentially a mantra in the form of a picture; fuelling the positive, not the negative and overflowing with fullness.
The petals in this design are symbolic of the different aspects of life - love, friendship, good intentions - layers of the elements we are abundant in.
These petals then blossom into a flower of positivity and abundance.

Atmosea x Tropis Travel

One of the coolest things about Atmosea is bringing ocean loving women from all over the world together. A dreamy morning in Bali found us sharing coconuts and waves with an eclectic bunch of ladies from Russia, Canada, France, Sweden and Australia.
Combining the love of surfing with a passion for travel, we are lucky to always be surrounded by inspiring women.
Next time you’re on a surf trip in Bali, make sure you go check out the Onboard store in Canggu next to Old Man’s to see our range sitting alongside so many other cool ocean inspired labels.
